If you are looking for guidance regarding the report contents, we suggest that you address the following questions:
- Use of Funds. How were the funds from the grant used? Were all the grant monies spent?
- Impact. What difference did the grant make? Were the objectives achieved?
- Lessons Learned. What worked well? What were the challenges? What did you learn?
- Project Status. What is the current status of the project? Will it continue?
In addition, provide a project budget with actual costs and income sources. Please list other foundations that contributed to the project and the specific amounts of their grants. We use this information to develop an understanding of other foundations with which we share common interests and to seek opportunities for grant-making collaborations.
If you already have prepared an internal evaluation or a report to another funder, you may submit that document with relevant adjustments.
